AI-Driven Engineering Culture

We are actively building an AI-driven engineering organization with a clear and deliberate stance: artificial intelligence is a core part of how we build and deliver software — not an experiment, not a trend, and not an optional add-on.

AI is embedded into our engineering workflows, from system design and prototyping to refactoring, testing, and code review. We rely on AI to significantly influence how work is done and to accelerate delivery, while maintaining a high bar for code quality, system reliability, and architectural clarity.

What You Will Be Doing

• Develop and maintain robust Java applications using cutting-edge technologies like Java, Spring, and Kafka
• Optimize SQL performance and troubleshoot complex systems using metrics, monitoring, and profiling tools
• Build scalable, high-load systems that handle massive user volumes with seamless performance

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features that directly impact player experience
• Implement automation and ensure code quality standards across development and production environments
• Work with modern tech stack, including Docker, GCP, ELK, and reactive programming frameworks
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Solid experience as a Java Engineer with strong knowledge of Java Core (Java 8+)
• Expertise in multithreading, high-load systems, and Spring framework
• Proven experience with SQL optimization and troubleshooting complex production issues
• Background working in product companies within collaborative, cross-functional teams
• Strong English communication skills for effective collaboration
• Passion for delivering high-quality code and driving technical excellence
