Future Leaders Graduate Program - Analytics | Hamburg, Germany | Hybrid
We're working with Picnic on this exciting opportunity. This two-year graduate program is a launchpad for ambitious individuals ready to tackle complex challenges at the intersection of data, strategy, tech, and sustainability, driving real impact from day one.
The Role
• Take the driver's seat in redefining the grocery shopping experience for customers across Germany and beyond
• Work at the intersection of data, strategy, tech, and sustainability, gaining a steep learning curve
• Lead business-critical projects from start to finish, with immediate execution and tangible results

What You'll Need
• Recently graduated with a Master's degree in a quantitative field
• Relevant internships or student programs in high-performing, fast-paced environments
• Energized by taking initiative, solving complex puzzles, and creative thinking; entrepreneurial experience is a plus
• A builder mindset: hands-on, curious, and eager to challenge the status quo with practical solutions
