The Role

• Take the driver's seat in redefining the grocery shopping experience for customers across Germany and beyond

• Work at the intersection of data, strategy, tech, and sustainability, gaining a steep learning curve

• Lead business-critical projects from start to finish, with immediate execution and tangible results

• Participate in targeted training combining leadership and tech skills

• Contribute to projects that span across international borders, primarily based in Düsseldorf with trips to Amsterdam

What You'll Need

• Recently graduated with a Master's degree in a quantitative field

• Relevant internships or student programs in high-performing, fast-paced environments

• Energized by taking initiative, solving complex puzzles, and creative thinking; entrepreneurial experience is a plus

• A builder mindset: hands-on, curious, and eager to challenge the status quo with practical solutions

• Basic knowledge in PowerPoint, Python, SQL, R, or similar

• An EU citizenship or valid working permit is required
