About the Role
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own and execute our user acquisition strategy. You'll have the freedom to experiment and the budget to scale what works.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute growth strategies across paid and organic channels
- Manage performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok)
- Optimize conversion funnels from acquisition to activation
- Run A/B tests and growth experiments
- Analyze campaign performance and report on key metrics
- Collaborate with product to improve user onboarding
- Manage marketing budget and ROI tracking
