A consumer tech startup disrupting the home services industry with an innovative mobile-first platform. Recently raised Series A and growing rapidly across the UK. Small marketing team with big ambitions, looking to 10x their user base in the next 18 months.


About the Role

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own and execute our user acquisition strategy. You'll have the freedom to experiment and the budget to scale what works.


What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute growth strategies across paid and organic channels
  • Manage performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok)
  • Optimize conversion funnels from acquisition to activation
  • Run A/B tests and growth experiments
  • Analyze campaign performance and report on key metrics
  • Collaborate with product to improve user onboarding
  • Manage marketing budget and ROI tracking


What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years in growth or performance marketing
  • Proven track record of scaling user acquisition
  • Hands-on experience with paid social and search advertising
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis
