We’re looking for a strong Senior Software Engineer / Tech Lead to join our core R&D team in Tel Aviv. the role includes a company-sponsored relocation to Boston after approximately 12 months (performance-based), into a customer-facing technical position similar to a Solutions Architect / Field CTO — combining hands-on technical depth with architecture, workshops, and customer engagements.

We are looking for a highly versatile, technical person, with exceptional communication skills and passionate about technology and about delivering value to customers.
What you’ll do (Israel → Boston):
· Build and lead development of a cloud-native SaaS solution, with microservices architecture, agentic-AI services and endpoint components components,
· Drive technical decisions, architecture and mentor teammates
Move into a customer-facing architect role: technical sessions, deployment design, and strategic customer solutions.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Backend expertise (C#, Python, Node.js, Java, Go)
- Cloud + Docker/Kubernetes experience
- Fluent in leveraging AI to achieve quality development and architectural goals
- Strong communication and leadership skills
