Sentrilite is an early-stage SaaS platform focused on helping organizations gain better visibility, control, and operational clarity across their infrastructure. We’re growing and looking for a Business Analyst who can help bridge the gap between product, customers, and business strategy.

Role Description

The Business Analyst – SaaS / B2B Platform role is a full-time remote position. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, gather and document functional requirements, and align solutions with organizational goals. Daily tasks include conducting meetings, creating reports, detailing business requirements, and supporting teams to enhance business efficiency and technology alignment. The role also involves identifying improvement opportunities through in-depth analysis and recommending process optimization for the platform’s ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Business Analysis and Business Process evaluation
• Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate data and insights effectively
• Skilled in Communication to liaise across teams and articulate requirements clearly
• Proven ability to gather and define Business Requirements for SaaS or B2B platforms
• Detail-oriented with project management competencies
• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, or other project management platforms
