A leading AI cloud infrastructure provider delivering large-scale GPU clusters for AI training and inference is seeking a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Administrator.


The organization operates a vertically integrated platform supported by grid-connected land and data centers located in renewable-rich regions across the U.S. and Canada.

Reporting to the VP of Engineering, the CMMS Administrator will ensure the CMMS platform operates effectively, supports maintenance operations, improves asset reliability, and enables data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and computer skills, an understanding of maintenance processes, and the ability to collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and IT teams.

Job Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Engineering, Information Systems, Facility/Maintenance Management, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience working with maintenance data and CMMS systems
  • Experience in Fiix CMMS is ideal; experience or certifications in other CMMS platforms are an asset (e.g., IBM Maximo, SAP PM, eMaint, Infor, etc.)
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in data management, reporting tools, and software such as Excel and SharePoint
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance management frameworks, principles, and KPIs
  • Working knowledge of SDKs, APIs, JSON, Java, JavaScript, and basic scripting to connect with other enterprise platforms is an asset
  • Excellent communication and training skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, from junior staff to senior leadership
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of producing high-quality work with limited direction


Job Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure, and maintain the company’s CMMS (Fiix by Rockwell Automation) to support maintenance workflows
  • Set up user accounts, permissions, role-based access, and system parameters
  • Ensure system integrity, data quality, and effective database structures
  • Create and maintain asset hierarchies, preventive maintenance schedules, bills of materials (BOM), job plans, task lists, spare parts data, failure codes, and work order templates
  • Support standardization of equipment naming, codes, and maintenance documentation
  • Ensure accurate, consistent, and complete data entry and reporting
  • Provide technical support to maintenance, operations, and engineering teams
  • Develop user guides, training materials, and deliver training sessions
  • Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate with vendors or IT as needed
  • Generate dashboards and reports on KPIs such as work order completion, asset downtime, PM compliance, backlog, and inventory usage
  • Analyze system data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
  • Support reliability engineering and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with IT to integrate the CMMS with ERP, procurement, SCADA, IoT sensors, or other corporate systems
  • Participate in software updates, testing, and new feature implementation
  • Recommend improvements to maintenance processes, workflows, and asset management strategies
  • Ensure CMMS procedures align with safety, regulatory, and quality requirements
  • Maintain documentation of system configurations, workflows, and change logs
