Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 12+ Months Contract (Extendable)
Schedule: M-F 100% remote (30-35 hours/week)
Pay: $27.76/hr on W2 (Depend on experience)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies as a creative collaborator—bringing ideas, inspiration, and visual storytelling across print, digital, experiential, and merchandise channels
- Contribute to the concepting and design of brand campaigns, presentations, events, and other key initiatives that express the GE identity
- Ensure marketing and communication materials align with brand standards and visual identity guidelines
- Provide brand guidance and feedback to internal teams and external partners, balancing creativity with governance
- Participate in ideation sessions, offering fresh perspectives that support an evolving, purpose-driven brand
- Create and maintain brand assets, templates, and governance resources (e.g., guidelines, toolkits)
- Manage and update Brand Central, ensuring brand tools and resources remain current and accessible
- Support and optimize the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, including onboarding new assets and archiving outdated materials
- Monitor the Brand mailbox, responding to brand questions and providing digital consultation support

Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field—or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience in brand design, visual communication, or graphic design within a corporate or agency environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and PowerPoint as a design tool
- Strong understanding of brand systems, visual identity, and digital/print production processes
- Design is essential to this role—a strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems and visual storytelling is required; copywriting experience or interest is a plus
