Senior Product Designer

Fragile is redefining how hardware is built, financed, and distributed. Reframing hardware as an access model requires thoughtful design. Fragile creates new ways for people to access hardware, giving customers the freedom to experience products on their own terms. This is an opportunity to work on a consumer product and reshape how our customers first encounter and understand a new category.

You’ll design across web, platform, and mobile. This includes checkout flows for subscription onboarding, robust merchant tooling, and mobile-first customer experiences for returns, upgrades, and subscription management.

You have to operate well in ambiguity. We’re small, and priorities shift as we learn. You’ll need to move with urgency, make strong product calls with incomplete information, and understand the business context behind what you’re designing.

Figma proficiency is the only technical requirement. We encourage the use of AI tools aggressively for rapid iteration and exploration, but your edge as a designer is bringing taste, originality, and systems thinking to the product.

This role is full-time and in person at our Mission SF headquarters.
