About the Role:
As an Agentic AI Consultant, you will work directly with financial services clients to identify high-impact use cases, architect agentic AI workflows, and deliver end-to-end proof-of-concept solutions. This is a hybrid role spanning consulting, applied AI, and product engineering, ideal for someone who can lead technical discovery, translate complex business needs into working systems, and prototype rapidly using modern AI tooling.

You will run stakeholder sessions to surface automation and augmentation opportunities, develop solution concepts, and independently build POCs, including LLM pipelines, agent-based workflows, and third-party integrations. Day-to-day client engagement will be largely self-directed, with regular progress syncs with senior team members and clear communication to both business and technical audiences.
What We're Looking For:
3–6 years of hands-on experience as a software engineer, applied AI engineer, or BA/consultant, with the ability to design and build solutions independently. Strong engineers with a consulting instinct are as welcome as MBAs with technical depth.
