What happens when traditional finance meets real-time data intelligence and blockchain?

You get Myron, a funded FinTech startup that is quietly rebuilding how businesses access capital. Today, companies sitting on millions in inventory or receivables wait weeks for financing, buried under manual audits, opaque intermediaries, and outdated processes. Myron replaces all of that with a platform that reaches directly into companies' operations (e.g. warehouses, services), continuously verifies what assets exist and what they're worth, and settles financing on-chain through smart contracts. Instantly, transparently, and without intermediaries. 

Nothing like this exists in the market today.

At our venture builder Santa Tech, we build companies like Myron from the ground up. Myron already has a live product, a growing team, real traction and is now at the stage where it needs a dedicated Technical Lead to own the engineering side and drive it forward.

As Technical Lead, you'll be the engineering right hand to the CTO. You'll own technical execution across the Myron platform: driving architecture decisions, contributing production code daily, mentoring engineers, and making sure the codebase stays clean while the product moves fast. You'll collaborate closely with Myron's founding team, which brings deep domain expertise in structured finance, alongside Santa Tech's global engineering talent.

This is a 50/50 role: half hands-on coding, half technical leadership.

You will be a great fit if you:

… have led small engineering teams and know that great leadership means making others better 

… write code every day and intend to keep it that way 

… care deeply about the why behind the code, not just the how 

… have 6+ years of professional experience with TypeScript, preferably NestJS 

… have designed and evolved software architectures that survived contact with production 

… have a strong technical foundation backed by a degree in CS, Engineering, or equivalent

You will NOT fit if you:

… don't care about the business logic

… can't enforce coding standards because you don't follow them yourself 

… think mentoring junior engineers is beneath you 

… want the title but not the terminal. This role writes production code

… need someone else to define every ticket before you can start working
