Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist

Location: Lisbon, Portugal | Hybrid model (2 days onsite)

Workster is partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy to recruit a German-speaking Digital Marketing Optimisation Specialist for its Lisbon-based operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize digital advertising campaigns for high-value clients
• Develop keyword strategies, bid management, and budget recommendations
• Analyse performance data at both account and campaign level to drive optimization decisions
• Produce detailed reports to support performance improvements and strategic recommendations
• Execute optimization strategies across Search, Search Network (GSN), Mobile, and Video channels
• Identify account-level growth opportunities and contribute to revenue expansion
• Ensure strict adherence to internal processes, policies, and quality standards
• Proactively identify opportunities for operational enhancements and process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Native or near-native proficiency in German (C2) and fluent English (minimum B2)
• 1–2 years of professional experience in digital marketing, online advertising, or performance marketing
• Proven experience in a B2B environment

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads / AdWords and digital advertising platforms
• Google Ads Search certification is considered an advantage
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• High level of digital literacy with a strong interest in emerging marketing technologies and trends
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to quickly learn, retain, and apply complex information
• Strong sense of ownership, quality orientation, and professional work ethic
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
