Position Summary

The Team Lead, Security Governance & Forensics is responsible for leading enterprise-wide cybersecurity governance initiatives, managing security incident response operations, and directing digital forensic investigations. This role ensures the effectiveness of Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), vulnerability management, and AI security controls to protect organizational assets and maintain regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage security incident response activities, including investigation, containment, eradication, and recovery.
  • Oversee digital forensic investigations and support e-discovery requirements.
  • Manage and enhance IAM and PAM programs to ensure secure access controls.
  • Drive vulnerability management processes, including identification, assessment, and remediation tracking.
  • Implement and maintain DLP controls to safeguard sensitive data.
  • Develop, enforce, and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and strengthen the organization’s security posture.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance oversight to security team members.
  • Prepare reports and briefings for senior leadership on security posture and risk exposure.
