The Role

You will own the interface layer for our platform and customer-facing tools. This means building clean, responsive, and fast user experiences that make complex real estate data intuitive and actionable. You will work closely with the Senior Full-Stack Engineer and leadership to translate product requirements into polished interfaces.
We use a hypermedia-driven stack. If you believe in shipping fast with boring technology and think most applications do not need a React SPA, you will fit right in.
What You Will Do
- Build Interfaces: Create responsive, accessible UI components using Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, HTMX, and Alpine.js for the platform dashboard, customer portal, and marketplace.
- Design Implementation: Translate wireframes and design concepts into production-ready frontend code. Work with stakeholders to define UX patterns that work for real estate professionals.
- Data Visualization: Build clear, useful visualizations for property data, campaign performance, and marketplace analytics.
- Performance: Optimize page load times, reduce unnecessary client-side JavaScript, and ensure the interface works reliably across devices and browsers.
- Component Library: Establish and maintain a consistent design system and reusable component library for the platform.
Technical Requirements
- 3+ years of frontend development experience. Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript.
- Tailwind CSS proficiency. You can build complex layouts efficiently with utility-first CSS.
- HTMX and Alpine.js experience preferred. Or a demonstrated willingness to work in a server-side rendering paradigm rather than SPA frameworks.
- Responsive design. You build mobile-first and ensure consistent experiences across screen sizes.
- Eye for detail. You care about spacing, typography, color consistency, and micro-interactions that make software feel polished.
- Collaboration. You can work with backend engineers to integrate frontend templates with Django views and context.

What We Offer
- Competitive salary with equity participation
- 100% remote work (USA-based)
- Company-provided equipment
