The Role

We are looking for a Product Owner with a strategic vision, a hands-on approach, and a true startup mindset. You will be responsible for translating customer and internal team vision into high-impact digital products. Your main mission will be defining, prioritizing, and optimizing product development roadmaps, ensuring every new feature delivers real value while aligning technical, business, and user experience efforts.

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Translate business ideas, customer insights, and innovation opportunities into clear user stories and requirements.
• Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, and leadership teams to deliver high-impact releases.
• Manage expectations, communicate progress, and align all parties on what "success" means for each release.
• Spot potential risks, escalate blockers, and balance scope, timelines, and resources.
• Maintain an iterative approach: prioritize shipping value, gather feedback, and adjust the roadmap based on results and learnings.
  
  

Requirements

• Advanced English with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proven experience as Product Owner or Product Manager in tech teams or startups.

• Demonstrated ability to define, break down, and prioritize features with strong impact on business and end users.
• Experience working with agile engineering teams (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, or similar).
• Analytical capability to define KPIs, interpret metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in fast-changing environments.
• Experience with the use, management, and implementation of AI tools and solutions within product development.
• Ability to identify opportunities for AI integration and oversee its successful adoption in digital products.
  
  

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in development agencies, tech consultancies, or in the US startup ecosystem.
• Knowledge of AI integration or AI-first products.
• Familiarity with prototyping, wireframing, and testing tools (Figma, Miro, Hotjar, or similar).
• Certifications (CSPO, PSPO, or other agile frameworks).
