About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in the ongoing development of the Alux App. In this senior-level position, you will be responsible for enhancing existing features, implementing new functionalities, and ensuring optimal app performance. You will work closely with our Product Manager and UX Specialist to design and execute targeted changes, run A/B tests, and analyze user engagement data to inform future development strategies. This role offers the opportunity to influence the direction of our flagship product, contribute to innovative solutions, and stay at the forefront of mobile app technology. The position is fully remote, providing flexibility and the chance to collaborate with a talented global team committed to delivering exceptional user experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mobile app development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, consumer-facing applications.
• Proficiency in React Native and Expo, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise.
• Solid understanding of Google Cloud Functions and Google Firebase, including integration and optimization.
• Experience with deploying and managing apps on Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and implement tracking and analytics for conversion reporting.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex app issues efficiently.

• Enhance existing app features by optimizing code, improving usability, and ensuring seamless performance across devices.
• Monitor app performance continuously, troubleshoot issues, and perform testing before releasing new updates to ensure stability and quality.
• Implement tracking mechanisms and analytics tools to gather data on user behavior and app performance, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
