🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior IT Manager (Remote – Romania Preferred)

Bart Proxies is a U.S.-based infrastructure company operating high-performance ISP proxy networks and dedicated server environments.

We design, deploy, and maintain large-scale proxy infrastructure backed by clean IP space and optimized routing across multiple U.S. datacenters.

As we continue scaling, we’re looking for a Senior IT Manager who wants real ownership of infrastructure — not just a title.

This is a fully remote role (Romania preferred) with required daily overlap with U.S. Central/Eastern time zones.

🔧 What You’ll Own

• End-to-end responsibility for proxy and server infrastructure stability

• Cabinet-level scaling, deployments, and hardware lifecycle management

• Linux-based proxy environments (Debian/Ubuntu)

• Virtualization management (Proxmox or equivalent)

• Automation of provisioning, monitoring, and infrastructure workflows

• Routing oversight and IP utilization strategy

• Security hardening and DDoS mitigation

• Monitoring, alerting, and uptime optimization

• Long-term infrastructure planning and capacity forecasting

You will be accountable for reliability, efficiency, and execution.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of production infrastructure experience (datacenter, hosting, or IaaS preferred)

• Strong Linux systems administration

• Experience with Proxmox or comparable virtualization stacks

• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals

• Experience automating infrastructure (Ansible, scripting, etc.)

• Comfortable operating in high-availability environments

• Experience coordinating remote technical teams

• Fluent English and strong communication skills
