Industrial Engineer
This opportunity allows an Industrial Engineer to join a multidisciplinary engineering team focused on optimizing operations across multiple manufacturing sites. The role centers on improving process efficiency, enhancing system reliability, and driving sustainable, high‑performance production. The Industrial Engineer will support projects from initial design through implementation and continuous improvement, helping ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality food manufacturing.

- Lead efficiency and productivity improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes.
- Standardize operating practices and support continuous improvement across multiple facilities.
- Analyze production workflows, utilities, and system performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support reliability strategies for critical systems and infrastructure.
- Ensure processes meet applicable environmental, safety, and quality regulations.
- Participate in audits, documentation reviews, and sampling programs.
- Maintain accurate compliance records and operational data.

- Support and lead engineering projects involving process optimization, new technology evaluation, and system upgrades.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams on equipment installations, layout changes, and scaling of new processes.
- Develop specifications, evaluate vendors, and support procurement decisions.
- Provide engineering input for construction and facility modification projects.
- Perform detailed technical and operational assessments, calculations, and modeling.
- Develop process flow diagrams, layouts, mass balances, and process documentation.
- Support pilot testing, validation trials, and commercialization of new processes or improvements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce waste, improve safety, and enhance throughput.

Skills & Abilities
- 2+ years of industrial engineering, operations, or technical leadership experience (food or industrial manufacturing preferred).
- Experience with process optimization, layout design, workflow analysis, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with manufacturing utilities, automation interfaces (HMI/SCADA), and plant systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CAD (2D and/or 3D) is a plus.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings; electrical schematic reading is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication across all levels of an organization.
- Ability to present technical information clearly and effectively.
