🚀 Technical Product Owner – 100% Remote
We’re hiring a Technical Product Owner to support a large-scale modernization effort within a highly visible communications platform environment.
This is an opportunity to step into a role where you won’t just manage a backlog — you’ll help shape how enterprise marketing communications are built, routed, fulfilled, audited, and improved across the organization.
About the Client
Our Client is a nationally recognized healthcare organization focused on improving customer experiences through technology, data, and operational excellence. They are actively modernizing core communication platforms to create more efficient, compliant, and scalable messaging solutions across print and digital channels.
What You’ll Be Doing
This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Compliance, Operations, and Technology. You’ll partner closely with a Senior Product Manager driving the broader roadmap while owning execution at the platform level.
Your impact will include:
- Supporting day-to-day operations of marketing communication fulfillment platforms
- Gathering and translating business rules into clear technical requirements
- Mapping current-state and future-state workflows across fulfillment systems
- Partnering with IT teams to drive Agile backlog execution
- Supporting modernization initiatives involving SmartCOMM, OpenText, and future orchestration tools
- Managing onboarding, training, and license coordination for platform users
- Developing governance documentation and process standards
- Identifying opportunities to improve automation, audit tracking, and operational performance

You’ll play a key role in ensuring communications are accurate, compliant, and efficiently delivered across print, email, fax, and digital channels.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, MarTech, or related technical roles
- Functional knowledge of communication fulfillment or document composition platforms (SmartCOMM, OpenText, or similar)
- Strong experience documenting workflows and translating business needs into technical solutions
- Comfort working in Agile environments with backlog management and iterative delivery
- Ability to collaborate across Marketing, Compliance, Tech, and Operations stakeholders
