Java Fullstack Engineer. The position will primarily be responsible for providing end-to-end solutions as per customer requirements. The selected candidate should be able to lead requirements elicitation, create Application Architecture Documents (AAD), design artifacts, review team deliverables, deliver high-quality code, support deployment and post-deployment activities, assist in transition activities, interface with internal teams and key stakeholders, and analyze and resolve issues to ensure high-quality deliverables at each stage of the SDLC within defined guidelines, policies, and norms.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
- Experience in Java/J2EE development experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC).
- Location for this position is Austin, TX. This position requires travel and/or relocation to project/client location.

- At least 3 years of experience in Java/J2EE development experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC).
- Ability to troubleshoot Java/Java EE applications effectively.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB, PL/SQL, and Oracle databases.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies: ReactJS, JavaScript, JSP, HTML, CSS.
- Working knowledge of the full SDLC lifecycle.
- Experience in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Ability to work with Client leads, Infosys leads, and cross-functional teams to design and develop application features.
- Strong analytical capabilities, team player mindset, and platform support orientation.
- Willingness to work under tight timelines with minimal supervision.
- Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
- AI/ML knowledge for integrating intelligent features into applications.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform) for deployment and scalability.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of security best practices for full-stack applications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
