Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Data Scientist to lead advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives. This role requires strong expertise in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, machine learning, and data-driven decision-making.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, and Business stakeholders to design scalable data solutions and mentor junior data scientists.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models
- Lead end-to-end data science lifecycle (data collection, cleaning, modeling, validation, deployment)
- Perform statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
- Build predictive, classification, clustering, and forecasting models
- Optimize model performance and scalability
- Present insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Mentor junior data scientists and review technical work
- Collaborate with Data Engineers on production deployment
- Ensure model governance, compliance, and data integrity
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or related STEM field
- 5+ years of professional experience in Data Science or Machine Learning
- Strong foundation in Probability, Statistics, and Linear Algebra
- Expertise in predictive modeling and feature engineering
- Experience deploying ML models in production environments
