I'm partnering with an early-stage AI company in Brooklyn that's hiring one of their first engineers. This is genuinely one of the most exciting searches I've worked on.

They've built AI agents that solve real operational problems for large enterprises, and the traction speaks for itself. Revenue has grown dramatically year-on-year, they're working with household-name clients, and they haven't lost a single competitive evaluation.

The role is unlike a typical engineering position. You'd own customer relationships with senior executives, identify where the product can expand, and then actually build the technical solutions yourself. It's the closest thing to being a founder without having to start from scratch: the clients, the revenue, and the product-market fit are already there.
