Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a related role.
- Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience managing product backlogs and delivering software products.
- Familiarity with software development processe
- Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and basic technical architecture.
- Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar product management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong prioritization and decision-making capability.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Vision & Backlog Management
- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Own and manage the Product Backlog, ensuring items are clearly defined, prioritized, and ready for development.
- Write clear user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
- Continuously refine and reprioritize backlog based on stakeholder input and market needs.

2. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.
- Gather and translate business requirements into actionable product features.
- Align product direction with leadership and cross-functional teams.
3. Agile Delivery & Execution
- Work closely with the Scrum Master and development team to ensure smooth sprint planning and execution.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Review and accept completed work to ensure it meets defined acceptance criteria.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality product increments.
4. Product Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor product performance and collect user feedback.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and propose enhancements.
- Use data and insights to drive product decisions and prioritization
