We are seeking a Manual QA Analyst to join a high-growth, distributed product team supporting the development of a modern Education & Member Management Platform.

This platform enables administrators, instructors, and members to seamlessly manage educational programs through:

• Web-based operator & instructor portal
• Mobile member application
• CRM and payment system integrations

🚀 What You’ll Do

As a Manual QA Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring product stability, usability, and performance across web and mobile platforms.

🔹 Core Responsibilities

• Execute software testing during integration, release, regression, and production deployment phases
• Prepare and maintain detailed test cases and documentation
• Perform comprehensive end-to-end manual testing
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test plans, tools, and structured result capture
• Run and document test cases using Jira or similar bug-tracking tools
• Identify, document, categorize, and triage defects with clear reproduction steps
• Validate cross-platform and cross-browser compatibility
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to improve quality processes

🧠 What We’re Looking For

We are looking for QA professionals who bring clarity, structure, and ownership to their work.

✔ Required Skills & Experience

• 1+ years of experience testing applications in a startup, agency, or fast-paced product environment
• Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies:
• Functional testing
• Integration testing
• Regression testing
• Smoke testing
• Exploratory testing
• UX testing
• Volume testing
• Experience with test management and bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail)
• Ability to create structured test cases and execute test plans independently
• Strong defect triaging and categorization experience
• Solid understanding of QA principles, inspection techniques, and documentation standards
• Experience validating cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility
• Familiarity with web accessibility standards
• Strong analytical, debugging, and root-cause analysis skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
