Roles & Responsibilities
Test Planning & Coordination
- Develop comprehensive test plans aligned to program requirements
- Coordinate testing across internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
- Ensure test environments, data, and tools are prepared and available
- Align testing strategy with overall program objectives
Stakeholder Alignment & Communication
- Act as the central point of contact for all testing activities
- Partner with Program Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, and Business Stakeholders
- Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and mitigation plans

Test Execution Oversight
- Oversee execution of SIT and BAT test cases
- Monitor defect tracking, resolution, and quality standards
- Escalate issues in a timely manner
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and status meetings during test phases
- Ensure full test coverage and adherence to established methodologies
Reporting & Governance
- Ensure documentation of test plans, cases, and results
- Provide clear reporting on progress, defects, and risks
- Prepare phase-end summaries
- Contribute to go/no-go decisions
Risk Management
- Identify testing-related risks and dependencies
- Develop and drive mitigation strategies

Qualification & Experience
- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and test lifecycle management
- Extensive experience managing SIT and BAT phases
- Proven track record overseeing testing across multiple parallel initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Expertise in defect management and reporting
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
- Background in Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Experience working within large-scale, complex programs.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of test automation concepts
- Experience in regulated financial environments
- Familiarity with nCino and/or Salesforce
- ISTQB certification (or equivalent)
- Exposure to automation tools such as Mockito or Postman
