What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to build and evolve the customer-facing software that customers use to run workflows, operate machines, and capture all required data in a friendly, reliable way.

This role is for someone with strong end-to-end ownership across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure. You will be the “Swiss Army knife” in our software development: shaping product, implementing high-impact features, and improving the foundations that help us scale.

Your mission

• Build end-to-end customer workflows (UI → API → Data): design and implement features that guide customers through tasks, data entry, and system interaction, with a strong focus on clarity, error handling, and great usability.
• Own the full stack with pragmatic architecture: deliver maintainable frontend components, robust backend services, and clean interfaces between them. You will make good trade-offs and keep complexity under control.
• Work cross-functionally with real-world constraints: collaborate closely with hardware/automation and operations teams so the software reflects how the system behaves in practice (states, edge cases, latency, failures).
• Raise quality and delivery speed: establish patterns for testing, observability, documentation, and developer experience so the team can ship confidently and iterate fast.
  
  

Your profile

• +3 years professional experience building and maintaining complex web applications, taking features from idea to rollout, and owning them over time.

• Frontend strength (Angular preferred): strong skills in Angular or a comparable framework (React, Vue), including component architecture, state management, performance, and building clean, consistent UI patterns.
• Backend strength (Python): strong experience building APIs and services in Python (e.g., FastAPI/Django), including data modeling, integration patterns, testing, and reliability.
• AWS in practice: hands-on experience deploying and operating cloud workloads on AWS, including environments, CI/CD, and monitoring.
  
  

Nice to have

• Experience designing software that customers use to operate machines and complete structured workflows (industrial UIs, dashboards, HMI-like apps).
• Strong UI/UX understanding for data-heavy products: information architecture, form design, progressive disclosure, reducing user error, and making complex data capture feel simple.
• Comfortable using AI-assisted development (e.g., code generation, test scaffolding, refactoring support) in a safe and pragmatic way to speed up delivery.
