Customer Success Manager – DACH (Remote) - German Speaking

The Mission: Own Net Revenue Retention (NRR) This isn’t just a relationship management role; it’s a high-impact commercial position. You will have full ownership of a portfolio of higher-value, complex customers, working directly with the CS Lead to shape the mid-market playbook from the ground up.
- Commercial Accountability: Manage the end-to-end implementation of compliance frameworks while owning the renewal and expansion revenue.
- Strategic Partnership: Transition from a "vendor" to a "trusted compliance partner," helping customers translate complex security topics into tangible business value.
- Scale the Motion: Proactively identify upsell opportunities and create the playbooks and templates that will define Secfix’s success in the DACH region.
Who You Are
- Language: C1/C2 German is mandatory. Professional fluency in English.
- Experience: 2+ years as a CSM in B2B SaaS (ideally Seed to Series B). You have a proven track record of delivering strong NRR in Mid-Market accounts.
- DNA: You have a "commercial mindset." You are comfortable with autonomy, thrive in ambiguity, and aren't afraid of tough renewal or procurement conversations.
- Location: 100% Remote (Must be within +/- 2 hours of GMT+1).
