In this senior leadership role, you will take full ownership of revenue growth, retention, and service excellence across a global paid media function. You will lead a high-performing team, define long-term strategic vision, and ensure best-in-class execution for B2B SaaS clients. This is a highly impactful role combining strategic direction, operational rigor, and people leadership. You will operate at the executive level, partnering closely with internal stakeholders and senior client leaders. Your work will directly influence growth outcomes, customer loyalty, and departmental performance. Accountabilities
- Own and drive net revenue retention, proactively identifying churn risk and leading corrective action across the client portfolio.
- Develop and execute expansion strategies to increase revenue within existing paid media accounts.
- Define the long-term vision for the paid media department and translate it into quarterly priorities, KPIs, and execution plans.
- Ensure service quality, delivery standards, and client outcomes meet the highest levels of excellence.
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders, clearly communicating performance in the context of pipeline, revenue, and business impact.
- Build, coach, and lead a team of senior paid media professionals, creating clear career paths, accountability frameworks, and performance standards.
- Manage departmental P&L, forecasting, capacity planning, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Establish strong operational processes, quality controls, and data-driven decision-making practices.

- 7+ years of experience in paid media, including at least 2 years in B2B SaaS environments.
- 4+ years of leadership experience managing senior managers or team leads.
- Proven track record of driving revenue expansion, retention, and long-term client growth.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, with strong working knowledge of Meta and multi-channel strategy.
- Experience managing large-scale paid media budgets ($50k+ per month).
- Strong understanding of revenue attribution, pipeline reporting, and performance analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams, manage underperformance, and build strong talent pipelines.
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on operational leadership and strong executive communication skills.
