Job Title: Assistant Manager – People & Branding
Key Responsibilities:· End-to-End Recruitment: Lead full-cycle talent acquisition for faculty and non-academic staff, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and demo coordination.
· Policy & Strategy: Design and draft HR policies, manage recruitment databases (MIS), and liaise with academic heads to align hiring with institutional goals.
· Onboarding & Lifecycle: Facilitate seamless employee orientation and address staff queries regarding attendance, insurance, and HR services.
Statutory Compliance & Payroll· Benefits Administration: Manage Payroll of all employees, monthly EPF, ESIC, and Gratuity contributions, ensuring accurate UAN generation and reconciliation with payroll data.
· Documentation & Audit: Maintain a centralized, audit-ready repository of statutory forms and digital backups; conduct internal verification checks to ensure compliance readiness.

· Liaison & Reporting: Coordinate with the Senior Liaison Officer for statutory submissions and respond to inspection notices or regulatory queries. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders like third-party group insurance etc.
Marketing & Brand Management· Campaign Execution: Plan and deploy multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, and outdoor) to enhance institutional visibility.
· Agency & Partner Management: Coordinate with advertising agencies and channel partners to manage online listings and promotional portals.
· Market Intelligence: Analyze competitor trends and customer preferences to support branding initiatives and launch events.

Education

MBA (HR) / MHRM/ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
Experience
· 5+ years in HR generalist role with strong exposure to life cycle of recruitment.
· Experience in educational institution or large workforce organization preferred
· Experience in Human Resources Management Strong understanding of HR Policies, compliance, and legal frameworks Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management.
· Relevant certifications in payroll or HR management
