Manual QA Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Manual QA Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for testing web and mobile applications, identifying bugs, and ensuring high-quality releases. This is a fully remote position requiring availability during UK business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing on web and mobile applications

• Create and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios

• Identify, document, and report bugs clearly and accurately

• Take full ownership of reported bugs and work closely with developers until resolution

• Re-test fixes and ensure issues are fully resolved before release

• Conduct regression, functional, usability, and cross-browser testing

• Maintain proper test documentation and test reports

• Communicate clearly and respond promptly to team messages

• Work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines

Requirements

• Proven experience in manual QA testing (Web & Mobile Apps)

• Strong understanding of agile and QA processes

• Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira or similar)

• Excellent attention to detail

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

• Ability to Work UK hours (8 AM – 6 PM)

• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote environment

• Flexible and able to handle multiple priorities
