The Role

We are looking for an Experimental AI Developer with a "maker" spirit and an entrepreneurial soul. This isn't a role for someone waiting for a Jira ticket; it’s for a young, dynamic, AI-obsessed builder who wants to be the "strike team" for innovation.

Your mission is simple: turn the CEO’s vision into functional prototypes in ultra-fast 2–3 day cycles. You will be the one validating what’s possible, building high-speed mockups, and proving concepts. Once a prototype is validated, you’ll hand it off to the backend team to be built into the core product. If you thrive in uncertainty, love testing new tools every week, and have a portfolio of "cool stuff" you’ve built, you belong here.

Responsibilities

• Rapid Prototyping: Design, develop, and test AI experiments in intense 48–72 hour cycles.
• CEO Strategic Partnering: Work side-by-side with the CEO to materialize product visions into tangible MVPs.
• AI Integration: Connect cutting-edge LLMs (e.g., Claude, Kimi, Gemini) with databases to build experimental features like enabling Claude to query and analyze live data.
• Build & Hand-over: Create the "MVP of the MVP." Once a concept is proven, you’ll document the logic so the Backend team can implement it at scale.
• Constant Iteration: Maintain a weekly flow of experiments, quickly discarding what doesn't work and doubling down on what does.

• Full Stack Capability: Capable of building a functional experiment from a basic frontend to API and DB connections.
• Strong AI Portfolio: You must show us what you’ve built. We want to see side projects, personal ventures, or GitHub repos where AI is the hero.
• Speed over Perfection: You prioritize "working" over "perfect." You are comfortable delivering results under tight 3-day deadlines.
• Startup Mindset: You thrive in ambiguity, frequent priority shifts, and the "move fast and break things" culture.
• Tech Agnostic: You have an insatiable curiosity for new libraries, frameworks, and AI models the second they drop.

• Previous experience in early-stage startups.
• Deep knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM orchestrators (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.).
• Contributions to Open Source projects.
