Automotive Digital Product Specialist / Product Owner - Automotive Transformation 

 

Transform the Future of Automotive Aftersales from the Inside Out

The Opportunity 

 

As our new Automotive Digital Product Specialist / Product Owner, you'll have the unique opportunity to influence the global automotive aftersales 

industry from a central position. You'll own features end-to-end - from initial discovery at dealerships to 

successful implementation across our worldwide customer base. 

 

This isn't about forcing technology onto dealerships. It's about deeply understanding their pain points and 

crafting solutions that service advisors actually want to use. 

 

What You'll Own 

 

Your Mission: 

  • Drive features from conception to successful implementation (50% of your time) 
  • Build stakeholder buy-in across Sales, CSM, and Support teams (35%) 
  • Own your products completely, including support (10%) 
  • Conduct field discovery to understand real dealership challenges (5%) 

 

Specific Areas You Might Own: 

  • Workshop efficiency and technician communication tools 
  • Customer communication and notification features 
  • Digital workflow optimization for service departments 
  • Tools that reduce paperwork and manual processes 

 

Your Background 

 

We're NOT looking for another product manager. We're looking for someone who has: 

 

Essential: 

  • Worked as a Service Advisor, Service Coordinator, or similar role in automotive retail 
  • Experienced firsthand the frustrations of outdated dealership processes 
  • Fluent English (our working language) 
  • Based in Europe (we're an international company based in Denmark, building a diverse European team) 
  • Thrives in a remote-first environment with high autonomy 

 

Bonus Points: 

  • Based in Southern Europe (Spain, France, Italy) 
  • Speak Spanish, French, or Italian 
  • Some exposure to software/technology environments 
  • Previous experience driving process improvements 

 

What Success Looks Like 

 

30 days: You've gained strong

knowledge of our existing product portfolio 90 days: You're independently 

owning your first features 180 days: You're

operating with full autonomy, balancing thoroughness with 

momentum 

 

Your Growth Path 

 

Year 1: Master our products, own feature delivery, build internal processes 

Year 2: Full ownership of your

product area with complete autonomy 

Year 3: Expand into strategy initiatives and running them on your own
