Vice President Of People Benefits And Compensation
- Competitive base salary: $140,000 to $160,000

Vice President of People Requirements & Qualifications:
- 8 to 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Proven experience scaling a multi-location retail or retail adjacent organization
- Demonstrated success building compensation frameworks, leveling architecture, and performance management systems
- Experience designing workforce planning models to support store or location expansion
- Strong operational judgment with the ability to introduce structure without stifling culture
- Experience coaching senior leaders, founders, or creative operators
- Comfort operating both strategically and tactically in a high growth environment
