We are seeking a strategic and technically strong Marketing Leader to drive global marketing strategy, product positioning, and demand generation for next-generation optical communication and semiconductor solutions. This leadership role will own the full marketing function and work closely with executive leadership, engineering, and sales teams to accelerate growth across telecom, datacom, and AI connectivity markets.
This position combines deep technical marketing expertise in coherent optics and semiconductor technologies with proven leadership in high-growth or startup environments. The role requires translating complex technical innovations into compelling market narratives while driving go-to-market execution and brand leadership globally.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute global marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives and product roadmap
- Position the organization as a leader in coherent DSP, optical semiconductors, and next-generation connectivity
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, operations, and executive leadership
- Represent the company across industry forums, analyst briefings, and customer engagements
- Lead product marketing for coherent DSP ASICs, optical transceivers, and semiconductor solutions
- Develop and own MRDs, PRDs, competitive analysis, and product positioning
- Create high-impact technical content including whitepapers, datasheets, product briefs, and presentations
- Translate market demand into technical product requirements and roadmap inputs
- Engage with engineers, architects, and CTO-level stakeholders
