We’re looking for a Lead Backend Engineer (Java / Go / C++) to architect and scale a multi‑broker US equities trading platform — powering next‑gen trading systems across order management, broker connectivity, and real‑time risk control.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead end‑to‑end backend design — covering order lifecycle (placement, modification, fills, and reporting).
• Build a universal API layer supporting REST, WebSocket, FIX, and proprietary broker SDKs.
• Optimize matching and execution logic for ultra‑low latency and consistency.

• Develop automated T+0/T+1 reconciliation and fund/position sync systems.
• Deliver robust risk & compliance frameworks, including live buying‑power validation.
• Design fault‑tolerant systems with retries, circuit breakers, and graceful failover.
• Partner with QA, DevOps, and Product teams to deliver reliable, scalable releases.

🧠 What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of backend development in Java / Go / C++.
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems, middleware, or trading infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of US equities order flows, routing, and broker integrations.
• Hands‑on experience with Kafka / RocketMQ, async pipelines, and real‑time streams.
• Expertise in FIX 4.2 / 4.4, Protobuf, JSON, and serialization optimization.
