Mandarin speaking Junior Software Developer - Relocation to Malta (Europe)

In this role, you will be responsible for providing support for large installations, including servers and applications, and other assigned software. This is a great opportunity to accelerate your career by working with cutting-edge products and technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 24/7 level 1 application support
• Assist in maintaining high-availability systems
• Identify and document user and system issues
• Take ownership of all issues and see them through to resolution
• Maintain a knowledge base of known defects and issues
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate with clients and management
• Conduct application testing and assist clients with testing
• Create and update documentation and reports as needed
• Train users on applications and help resolve issues
• Collaborate with business users and build strong relationships
• Handle escalations and manage client expectations
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese for business communication
• Experience with programming languages (HTML, JAVA) is a plus
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team and with end users
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
