The Role

We're building an AI-powered design platform with Web, iOS, and Android applications. We need a QA Engineer to ensure quality across all platforms before and after releases. You'll test features, identify bugs, document issues, and verify fixes across our entire product, including AI-generated content, payment systems, and bilingual interfaces.

Experience: 5+ years of professional QA experience

Platforms: Web (Desktop & Mobile responsive), iOS App, Android App

ResponsibilitiesTesting

• Manual testing across all platforms (Web, iOS, Android)
• Create and execute test cases for new features
• Regression testing before releases
• Cross-browser and cross-device testing
• Performance testing, AI generation times, page load, app responsiveness
• Accessibility testing, screen readers, contrast, usability
• Test payment flows (subscriptions, in-app purchases via RevenueCat)
• Test credit system, consumption, balance updates, limits
• Test AI-generated outputs, checking for artifacts, failures, quality issues
• Test real-time features, SSE/progress indicators during AI generation
• Verify Arabic and English language support
• Test RTL/LTR layout switching

Bug Management

• Document bugs with clear reproduction steps
• Classify issues by severity (Critical / High / Medium / Low)
• Attach screenshots or screen recordings for every issue
• Verify fixes on staging environment
• Track issues through resolution

Quality Processes

• Build and maintain test case library
• Define testing checklists for releases
• Identify edge cases and risk areas
• Report on quality metrics and bug trends

Required Experience

• 5+ years QA experience (web and mobile)
• Experience testing iOS and Android apps
• Experience testing payment/subscription flows
• Performance testing experience
• Accessibility testing experience
• Strong bug documentation skills
• Familiarity with test management tools
• Cross-browser/cross-device testing experience
• Good English & Arabic communication (written)
• Work Environment: Startup or fast-paced environment experience, comfortable with evolving priorities and testing without perfect processes in place

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with AI or SaaS products
• Automation testing experience (Appium, Selenium)
• API testing knowledge (Postman)
• Load/stress testing experience

Tools We Use

• ClickUp (bug tracking and task management)
• Sentry (error monitoring)
• Screen recording tools for bug documentation
