You will lead strategy, architecture, engineering execution, and operational excellence across digital banking platforms and payment infrastructure.

🔹 Digital Banking Strategy
- Own the roadmap for online banking, mobile apps, ATM platforms, and emerging digital interfaces.
- Ensure digital channels are scalable, secure, compliant, and high-performing.

- Champion omnichannel digital experience strategy.

✅ Required Background
- 10+ years in technology leadership within banking or financial services.
- Current or prior title: Director, Senior Director, VP, SVP, EVP, CTO, CIO (or equivalent senior technology leadership).
- Strong background in commercial banking and digital banking systems.
- Hands-on software engineering foundation (must have come from development background).
- Experience leading engineering teams (not purely product-side leadership).
- Strong knowledge of payment systems (ACH, RTP, wires, cards, bill pay).
- Experience with modern development stacks (React, React Native, TypeScript, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with REST APIs and cloud-native platforms.
- Understanding of .NET / C# / SQL Server is a plus.
- Ability to work onsite in Pittsburgh, PA (relocation assistance available if needed).
