What are we looking for?

• 4+ years of experience in Application Support and Operations Integration;
• Strong expertise in Control-M (mandatory): job chain supervision, incident management, planning follow-up, manual operations execution, procedure compliance, and post-mortem management;
• IAS/Web Server knowledge (Apache, Tomcat, JBoss, WAS): understanding of packaging formats, deployment methods, resource configuration, user and security management, log supervision, and post-deployment testing;
• Excellent communication skills: French B2 mandatory (spoken and written) and English B2 for cross-team collaboration;
• Availability for relocation to Portugal (the role is hybrid and based in Lisbon) - mandatory.

What will be valued?

• Experience with operating systems: Windows, Unix, Linux – basic commands, pipes and redirection, network commands, user permissions, process management, package installation, logs, scripting, and automation;
• CFT / Connect Express: secure file transfers, supervision of flows and messages;
• Public Cloud (AWS, GCP) - basic knowledge;
• Kubernetes / ArgoCD: container management and deployments;

• Dynatrace: monitoring and performance analysis;
• Application of ITIL V4 principles for incident and problem management;
• Experience in Agile environments.
