About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Google Ads & SEO Specialist to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This role goes beyond execution; it requires strong client management skills, the ability to understand business objectives, and the confidence to translate client requirements into effective paid and organic search strategies.

This position offers significant scope for growth, with opportunities to assume senior responsibilities, manage larger accounts, and contribute to strategic decision-making as the company expands.


Key Responsibilities


Client Management & Strategy

  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients on Google Ads and SEO matters
  • Understand client goals, budgets, and expectations, and translate them into actionable digital strategies
  • Provide regular performance updates, insights, and strategic recommendations
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships through clear communication and results

Google Ads (PPC)

  • Plan, set up, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube)
  • Conduct keyword research and create high-performing ad copy
  • Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking to maximise ROI
  • Continuously test and optimise campaigns to improve performance

SEO

  • Develop and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits
  • Optimise website structure, content, metadata, and internal linking
  • Identify and resolve technical SEO issues and oversee backlink strategies

Reporting & Optimisation

  • Track and analyse performance using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools
  • Prepare clear, insightful reports tailored to the client understanding
  • Use data-driven insights to improve campaign performance continuously


Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns and SEO strategies with demonstrable results
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, best practices, and trends
  • Experience using tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic insights
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced startup environment

  • Google Ads Certification
  • Experience working in an agency or client-facing role
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
