We are looking for experienced Manual Test Engineers who are passionate about ensuring application quality and delivering reliable user experiences.
This role is ideal for professionals with 2–3 years of hands-on manual testing experience who have worked on web or SaaS applications and are confident handling system testing, UAT, and API validation. If you bring strong analytical thinking, structured defect management experience, and a willingness to grow into automation, we’d love to connect.
The Role
As a Manual Test Engineer, you will play a key role in validating application functionality, identifying risks, and ensuring high-quality releases. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and report directly to the QA Lead.
This role focuses primarily on manual testing, with opportunities to gradually build exposure to automation using Java and Selenium.
Responsibilities
- Understanding functional and system requirements and converting them into comprehensive test scenarios
- Designing and executing detailed manual test cases for web and SaaS applications
- Performing System Testing and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles
- Identifying, documenting, and managing defects throughout the defect lifecycle using JIRA
- Validating REST APIs using Postman and analyzing JSON responses
- Collaborating with product and development teams to clarify requirements and edge cases
- Maintaining clear and structured documentation in Confluence
- Performing regression testing prior to production releases
- Applying strong critical thinking to identify gaps, risks, and potential failure points
- Supporting early-stage automation initiatives and learning Java and Selenium-based testing practices

- You have a Bachelors Degree in Computer science or related field or 2–3 years of hands-on manual testing experience
- You have solid experience in application testing, preferably web-based or SaaS platforms hosted on cloud environments
- You possess strong experience in writing structured and effective test cases
- You have practical exposure to System Testing and UAT
- You understand defect lifecycle management and have worked extensively with JIRA
- You have hands-on experience using Postman for API testing
- You have a mandatory understanding of REST APIs and JSON
- You are comfortable using Confluence for documentation
- You communicate fluently in English
- You demonstrate strong analytical ability and critical thinking
- You are open to learning and building automation skills using Java and Selenium
