Video Editor / Motion Graphics Artist (Latin America)

We’re looking for highly independent Video Editors and Motion Artists in Latin America who are reliable, organized, and excited to combine strong creative skills with modern tools to work smarter and faster.

You will be the primary video lead for your assigned clients, communicating with them directly every day to bring their stories to life through polished visual storytelling. You’ll manage your own workflow in a highly autonomous environment, delivering consistently with speed, clarity, and strong pacing. You will manage video and motion requests for a dedicated group of client organizations, becoming familiar with their brand standards and delivering daily assets through our platform:

• Edit short-form and marketing video content aligned with client goals.
• Create motion graphics, branded overlays, text animations, and transitions.
• Communicate directly with assigned clients to clarify request inputs and manage expectations.
• Own daily video execution and milestones for your assigned set of clients.
• Coordinate with other creatives in Slack when more than one person is working with the same client.
• Apply feedback and revisions quickly, staying organized across multiple deadlines.
• Make sure final exports meet technical standards (format, pacing, audio, and platform specs).
• Use modern tools (like Runway or Adobe AI features) to support tasks such as subtitling, transcription, or audio cleanup to increase speed.

This role is a great fit if you:

• Degree in Film, Video Production, Motion Design, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong portfolio showing high-impact video and motion graphics work.
• Are advanced in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Can translate briefs into engaging visual stories with strong pacing.
• Feel comfortable working directly with clients and taking full ownership of delivery.
• Have experience working across different industries and video styles
• Are independent, proactive, and feel comfortable managing priorities without constant supervision.
• Enjoy using AI tools to improve speed and workflow (without sacrificing quality)
• Can communicate clearly in English in a remote team
• Are based in Latin America
