Remote IT Support Technician (L1/L2)
Australian MSP | Long-Term Remote Role | Philippines-Based
We’re a growing Australian-based Managed Service Provider supporting small and medium businesses that rely on us to keep their systems running smoothly. We’re looking for an experienced Remote IT Support Technician based in the Philippines who already understands MSP environments and wants a stable, long-term role—not a short contract or stepping stone.
This role suits someone who takes pride in good support, clear communication, and doing things properly.
Role Overview
- Fully remote position
- Supporting Australian SMB clients
- Working closely with a small, skilled MSP team
- Primarily L1/L2 service desk support

You’ll be trusted to handle tickets independently while following established MSP processes and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle service desk tickets via remote support
- Day-to-day Microsoft 365 administration (users, mailboxes, licenses, basic security)
- Basic networking and troubleshooting (DNS, VPNs, firewalls, connectivity issues)
- Endpoint support for Windows PCs and laptops
- Write clear, professional ticket notes and documentation
- Follow MSP workflows, procedures, and SLAs

Required Experience & Skills
- Previous experience working for an MSP (required)
- Strong spoken and written English — this is essential
- Experience using PSA / ticketing systems (HaloPSA strongly preferred)
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Intune
- Able to work independently, manage time, and prioritise tickets
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace

Working Hours
- Philippines-based
- Aligned to Australian business hours (AWST)
- Stable and predictable schedule
- No rotating shifts or overnight work
