DevSecOps Engineer - Cloud Security and CI/CD

DevSecOps Engineer | FinTech Platform | Remote-first (Germany)

I’m partnered with a growing European fintech platform operating in the brokerage and investment space. Following a recent acquisition, the company is looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to help embed security across cloud infrastructure and engineering workflows.

What you’ll do

• Design and implement cloud security controls in AWS
• Improve Kubernetes and container security
• Embed security into CI/CD pipelines and the SDLC
• Drive vulnerability management and remediation
• Support SIEM monitoring and security operations
• Review architecture from a secure-by-design perspective
• Coordinate vendor security reviews and penetration testing

About you

• Experience with cloud security (AWS preferred)
• Exposure to CI/CD security and vulnerability management
• Comfortable working across infrastructure, engineering, and security teams
• Able to document processes and operate in regulated environments
• Strong written English communication

Nice to have

• Fintech or regulated industry experience
• Kubernetes security knowledge
