Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Director of HR Systems Product Delivery to serve as the Business System Owner for enterprise HR technology solutions. This leader will oversee the HR Systems Delivery team and drive end-to-end system strategy, security governance, product implementation, and transformation initiatives across our HR ecosystem.
This role requires a strong executor โ someone who will roll up their sleeves and directly configure, audit, and optimize systems rather than delegate execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Business System Owner for enterprise HCM platforms, primarily SAP SuccessFactors
- Lead full audit and redesign of Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
- Align HR systems security with Identity & Access Management (IAM) automation
- Partner with IAM team to streamline elevated access workflows
- Lead upcoming SuccessFactors system upgrade
- Oversee Salesforce MFA implementation for complex user populations
- Drive implementation planning for Talent Intelligence Hub and Opportunity Marketplace within Salesforce
- Manage HR Systems Delivery team and allocate SMEs across HR applications
- Own backlog prioritization and product roadmap governance
- Conduct process landscape reviews, gap analysis, and organizational impact assessments
- Provide regular updates and risk mitigation strategies to senior leadership
- Review technical specifications to ensure IT build aligns with business requirements

Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of operational HR experience
- 3โ5+ years of people leadership experience
- Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors (especially security & RBP)
- Experience integrating HR systems with IAM platforms
- Experience leading enterprise HR system upgrades and implementations
- Exposure to Salesforce HR use cases and MFA deployment
- Strong Agile/Scrum or PMP project management experience
- Proven portfolio management across HCM, Recruiting, Learning, Workforce Management, Compensation, and Employee Engagement
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
