As the Manager, Payroll Operations, you will lead a global payroll team to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant payroll processing across multiple countries. Accountabilities
- Lead and mentor the Payroll Operations team, providing guidance and support for daily operations.
- Ensure payroll is processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and third-party payroll service providers.
- Develop and maintain payroll policies, procedures, key performance indicators, and SLA metrics.
- Monitor changes in payroll laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions to ensure compliance.
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline payroll processes, improving efficiency and accuracy.
- Extensive experience in regional or global payroll operations.
- Proven ability to implement payroll systems in multiple countries and manage relationships with external providers.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and mentoring.
- Proficiency with payroll software (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment and collaborating asynchronously.
