As the Manager, Payroll Operations, you will lead a global payroll team to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant payroll processing across multiple countries. You will oversee the full payroll lifecycle, implement best practices, and act as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners. Accountabilities

• Lead and mentor the Payroll Operations team, providing guidance and support for daily operations.
• Ensure payroll is processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with local and international regulations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and third-party payroll service providers.
• Develop and maintain payroll policies, procedures, key performance indicators, and SLA metrics.
• Monitor changes in payroll laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions to ensure compliance.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline payroll processes, improving efficiency and accuracy.
  
  

Requirements

• Extensive experience in regional or global payroll operations.
