As the Manager, Payroll Operations, you will lead a global payroll team to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant payroll processing across multiple countries. Accountabilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and third-party payroll service providers.
  • Develop and maintain payroll policies, procedures, key performance indicators, and SLA metrics.
  • Monitor changes in payroll laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions to ensure compliance.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline payroll processes, improving efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in regional or global payroll operations.
  • Proven ability to implement payroll systems in multiple countries and manage relationships with external providers.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and mentoring.
  • Proficiency with payroll software (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
