🚀 Now Hiring: Mission Software Test & Integration Roles (Cleared | Aerospace & Defense)

I’m currently accepting applicants for three mission‑critical software test and integration roles supporting a secure Aerospace & Defense mission software program in Westminster, CO.

✅ Relocation candidates are welcome. We’re open to candidates willing to relocate to the Westminster, CO area for the right long‑term fit.

This program is standing up an independent software test organization responsible for validating mission software across Software‑in‑the‑Loop (SIL) and Hardware‑in‑the‑Loop (HIL) environments, culminating in formal qualification and acceptance‑style testing. Work spans unclassified and classified pipelines and follows government/industry C++ standards and reference architectures.

📍 Location: Westminster, CO (onsite; limited unclassified remote access where permitted)

🔐 Clearance: Active DoD Secret or higher required (SAP eligibility may apply)

💵 Compensation: Hourly contract rates (W2) — competitive and based on role, experience, and clearance level

🔎 Open Positions

1️⃣ Software Testing Manager / Delivery Lead (Cleared)

Hourly contract role leading the overall test workstream as the single point of contact for delivery, staffing, governance, metrics, and continuous improvement. Ideal for senior QA/Test leaders who thrive in milestone‑driven, high‑accountability environments.

2️⃣ Lead Software Test Engineer – Strategy & Readiness (Cleared)

Hourly contract role owning end‑to‑end test strategy, readiness for formal reviews, and requirements‑to‑test‑to‑defect traceability. Strong fit for senior test engineers who lead TRRs and partner closely with engineering leadership.

3️⃣ Software Test Engineer – Automation & Execution (2 openings)

Hourly contract roles focused on hands‑on test automation, CI/CD integration, execution, and defect isolation for mission software. Strong automation experience and C++ exposure preferred.
