Unity Game Developer (Unpaid) - RAIN HEARTt

Flat Reality is an independent startup studio with a background currently working on RAIN HEARTt - a psychological surreal horror game that explores LGBTQIA+🏳️‍🌈 identity, trauma, and the struggle for freedom in a hostile environment. This is a story-driven project with strong social themes, aiming to be both artistically powerful and emotionally impactful.

This is an unpaid position. There are no formal work obligations, salaries, or legal employment relationships. Participation is entirely based on enthusiasm, collaboration, and the shared goal of creating something meaningful. Work is fully remote and flexible. We accept people with zero experience and are ready to grow together in a startup.
