Product Owner – Conversational AI / IVR
📍 100% Remote (Work from Anywhere)
Our Client, a leading U.S. healthcare organization, is investing heavily in platform modernization, AI-driven engagement, and customer experience transformation. They’re looking for a Product Owner who can take ownership of Conversational AI and IVR solutions that directly impact millions of users.

What You’ll Own
You’ll act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, leading products from concept through delivery.
Your focus will include:
- Owning the roadmap for Conversational AI and IVR initiatives
- Translating business priorities into clear, actionable user stories
- Managing backlog prioritization within a SAFe Agile framework
- Partnering daily with Development Teams and Scrum Masters
- Defining requirements and writing strong acceptance criteria
- Approving design decisions on behalf of the business
- Identifying product gaps and driving continuous improvement
- Communicating sprint value and outcomes during PI planning
- Monitoring product performance and recommending enhancements

What They’re Looking For
Required:
- 5+ years of Product Owner and/or Project Management experience
- 3+ years of technical experience
- Experience supporting Conversational AI and/or IVR technologies
- Experience working within SAFe Agile using Azure DevOps and/or Jira Align
- Strong passion for improving customer experiences
Preferred:
- Experience with IBM Watson Voice and/or Chat solutions
- Bachelor’s degree
- Six Sigma certification
