100% Remote from Guatemala | Payroll Position

We are looking for a Senior Software QA Engineer with strong automation experience and advanced English (B2–C1 required) to join our team.

🔎 Key Requirements

• Advanced English communication skills (B2–C1 mandatory)
• Strong experience in test automation frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Playwright (preferred) or Selenium
• Experience with C# (strongly preferred)

• Solid background in test planning, defect tracking, and QA methodologies
• Experience collaborating with Developers, BAs, and Product Owners
• Ability to mentor junior QA team members

• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and automation scripts
• Identify, document, and track defects
• Participate in product design reviews and requirement analysis
• Ensure software quality, usability, and performance standards
• Support and improve QA processes and automation coverage
